| In Network Security Services (NSS) before 3.46, several cryptographic primitives had missing length checks. In cases where the application calling the library did not perform a sanity check on the inputs it could result in a crash due to a buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2019-16995 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Opensuse | 27 Linux Kernel, Aff A700s, Aff A700s Firmware and 24 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| In the Linux kernel before 5.0.3, a memory leak exits in hsr_dev_finalize() in net/hsr/hsr_device.c if hsr_add_port fails to add a port, which may cause denial of service, aka CID-6caabe7f197d. | ||||
| CVE-2019-15538 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 29 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 26 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| An issue was discovered in xfs_setattr_nonsize in fs/xfs/xfs_iops.c in the Linux kernel through 5.2.9. XFS partially wedges when a chgrp fails on account of being out of disk quota. xfs_setattr_nonsize is failing to unlock the ILOCK after the xfs_qm_vop_chown_reserve call fails. This is primarily a local DoS attack vector, but it might result as well in remote DoS if the XFS filesystem is exported for instance via NFS. | ||||
| CVE-2019-15118 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more | 12 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.5 Medium |

| A buffer overflow flaw was found, in versions from 2.6.34 to 5.2.x, in the way Linux kernel's vhost functionality that translates virtqueue buffers to IOVs, logged the buffer descriptors during migration. A privileged guest user able to pass descriptors with invalid length to the host when migration is underway, could use this flaw to increase their privileges on the host. | ||||
| CVE-2019-14821 | 8 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 41 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 38 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
| An out-of-bounds access issue was found in the Linux kernel, all versions through 5.3, in the way Linux kernel's KVM hypervisor implements the Coalesced MMIO write operation. It operates on an MMIO ring buffer 'struct kvm_coalesced_mmio' object, wherein write indices 'ring->first' and 'ring->last' value could be supplied by a host user-space process. An unprivileged host user or process with access to '/dev/kvm' device could use this flaw to crash the host kernel, resulting in a denial of service or potentially escalating privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2019-14816 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 60 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 57 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
| There is heap-based buffer overflow in kernel, all versions up to, excluding 5.3, in the marvell wifi chip driver in Linux kernel, that allows local users to cause a denial of service(system crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code. | ||||
| CVE-2019-14815 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 19 Linux Kernel, Altavault, Baseboard Management Controller and 16 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |

The component is: gold/fileread.cc:497, elfcpp/elfcpp_file.h:644. The attack vector is: An ELF file with an invalid e_shoff header field must be opened.
| CVE-2019-0201 | 5 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 14 Activemq, Drill, Zookeeper and 11 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.9 Medium |
| An issue is present in Apache ZooKeeper 1.0.0 to 3.4.13 and 3.5.0-alpha to 3.5.4-beta. ZooKeeper’s getACL() command doesn’t check any permission when retrieves the ACLs of the requested node and returns all information contained in the ACL Id field as plaintext string. DigestAuthenticationProvider overloads the Id field with the hash value that is used for user authentication. As a consequence, if Digest Authentication is in use, the unsalted hash value will be disclosed by getACL() request for unauthenticated or unprivileged users. | ||||
| CVE-2018-20836 | 7 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 4 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Traffix Signaling Delivery Controller and 13 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.1 High |

A local attacker can craft a malicious IOCTL function call to overwrite arbitrary kernel memory, resulting in a Denial of Service or privilege escalation.
| CVE-2017-7658 | 6 Debian, Eclipse, Hp and 3 more | 21 Debian Linux, Jetty, Xp P9000 and 18 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Eclipse Jetty Server, versions 9.2.x and older, 9.3.x (all non HTTP/1.x configurations), and 9.4.x (all HTTP/1.x configurations), when presented with two content-lengths headers, Jetty ignored the second. When presented with a content-length and a chunked encoding header, the content-length was ignored (as per RFC 2616). If an intermediary decided on the shorter length, but still passed on the longer body, then body content could be interpreted by Jetty as a pipelined request. If the intermediary was imposing authorization, the fake pipelined request would bypass that authorization. | ||||
