CVSS v3.1 |
| smartbanner.js is a customizable smart app banner for iOS and Android. Prior to version 1.14.1, clicking on smartbanner `View` link and navigating to 3rd party page leaves `window.opener` exposed. It may allow hostile third parties to abuse `window.opener`, e.g. by redirection or injection on the original page with smartbanner. `rel="noopener"` is automatically populated to links as of `v1.14.1` which is a recommended upgrade to resolve the vulnerability. Some workarounds are available for those who cannot upgrade. Ensure `View` link is only taking users to App Store or Google Play Store where security is guarded by respective app store security teams. If `View` link is going to a third party page, limit smartbanner.js to be used on iOS that decreases the scope of the vulnerability since as of Safari 12.1, `rel="noopener"` is imposed on all `target="_blank"` links. Version 1.14.1 of smartbanner.js contains a fix for the issue. |

Affected is the function doPost of the file /funiture-master/src/main/java/com/app/mvc/acl/servlet/LoginServlet.java of the component Login. The manipulation of the argument ret leads to open redirect. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. |
| URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect') vulnerability in Scott Paterson Easy PayPal Buy Now Button. This issue affects Easy PayPal Buy Now Button: from n/a through 1.9. |
| Open Redirect in URL parameter in Automated Logic WebCTRL and Carrier i-Vu versions 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0 may allow attackers to exploit user sessions. |
| Jitsi Meet is an open source video conferencing application. A vulnerability present in versions prior to 2.0.10532 allows attackers to hijack the OAuth authentication window for Microsoft accounts. This is fixed in version 2.0.10532. No known workarounds are available. |
| Open redirection vulnerability in MOLGENIS EMX2 v11.14.0. This vulnerability allows an attacker to create a malicious URL using a manipulated redirection parameter, potentially leading users to phishing sites or other malicious destinations via “/%2f%2f<MALICIOUS_DOMAIN>”. |
| An open redirect vulnerability exists in Byaidu PDFMathTranslate v1.9.9 that allows attackers to craft URLs that cause the application to redirect users to arbitrary external websites via the file parameter to the /gradio_api endpoint. This vulnerability could be exploited for phishing attacks or to bypass security filters. |
| Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. An open redirect has been found in the originCheck middleware function, which affects the following routes: /verify-email, /reset-password/:token, /delete-user/callback, /magic-link/verify, /oauth-proxy-callback. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.10. |
| Anubis is a Web AI Firewall Utility that weighs the soul of users' connections using one or more challenges in order to protect upstream resources from scraper bots. In versions 1.21.2 and below, attackers can craft malicious pass-challenge pages that cause a user to execute arbitrary JavaScript code or trigger other nonstandard schemes. An incomplete version of this fix was tagged at 1.21.2 and then the release process was aborted upon final testing. To work around this issue: block any requests to the /.within.website/x/cmd/anubis/api/pass-challenge route with the ?redir= parameter set to anything that doesn't start with the URL scheme http, https, or no scheme (local path redirect). This was fixed in version 1.21.3. |
| A vulnerability in the Virtual Keyboard Video Monitor (vKVM) connection handling of Cisco Integrated Management Controller (IMC) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to redirect a user to a malicious website.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient verification of vKVM endpoints. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user to click a crafted link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to redirect a user to a malicious webpage and potentially capture user credentials.
Note: The affected vKVM client is also included in Cisco UCS Manager. |
| A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Catalyst Center Virtual Appliance could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to redirect a user to a malicious web page.
This vulnerability is due to improper input validation of HTTP request parameters. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by intercepting and modifying an HTTP request from a user. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to redirect the user to a malicious web page. |
| OnboardLite is the result of the Influx Initiative, our vision for an improved student organization lifecycle at the University of Central Florida. An attacker can craft a link to the trusted application that, when visited, redirects the user to a malicious external site. This enables phishing, credential theft, malware delivery, and trust abuse. Any version with commit hash 6cca19e or later implements jwt signing for the redirect url parameter. |
| URL redirection to untrusted site ('Open Redirect') issue exists in Movable Type. If this vulnerability is exploited, an invalid parameter may be inserted into the password reset page, which may lead to redirection to an arbitrary URL. |
| A flaw has been found in TOTVS Portal Meu RH up to 12.1.17. Impacted is an unknown function of the component Password Reset Handler. Executing manipulation of the argument redirectUrl can lead to open redirect. The attack may be performed from a remote location. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 12.1.2410.274, 12.1.2502.178 and 12.1.2506.121 is recommended to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The vendor explains, that "[o]ur internal validation (...) confirms that the reported behavior does not exist in currently supported releases. In these tests, the redirectUrl parameter is ignored, and no malicious redirection occurs." This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| A DOM-based open redirection in the returnUrl parameter of INSTINCT UI Web Client 6.5.0 allows attackers to redirect users to malicious sites via a crafted URL. |
| An Open Redirect vulnerability in the go-chi/chi >=5.2.2 RedirectSlashes function allows remote attackers to redirect victim users to malicious websites using the legitimate website domain. |
| Drawing-Captcha APP provides interactive, engaging verification for Web-Based Applications. The vulnerability is a Host Header Injection in the /register and /confirm-email endpoints. It allows an attacker to manipulate the Host header in HTTP requests to generate malicious email confirmation links. These links can redirect users to attacker-controlled domains. This vulnerability affects all users relying on email confirmation for account registration or verification. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.5-alpha-patch. |
| Reflex is a library to build full-stack web apps in pure Python. In versions 0.5.4 through 0.8.14, the /auth-codespace endpoint automatically assigns the redirect_to query parameter value directly to client-side links without any validation and triggers automatic clicks when the page loads in a GitHub Codespaces environment. This allows attackers to redirect users to arbitrary external URLs. The vulnerable route is only registered when a Codespaces environment is detected, and the detection is controlled by environment variables. The same behavior can be activated in production if the GITHUB_CODESPACES_PORT_FORWARDING_DOMAIN environment variable is set. The vulnerability occurs because the code assigns the redirect_to query parameter directly to a.href without any validation and immediately triggers a click (automatic navigation), allowing users to be sent to arbitrary external domains. The execution condition is based on the presence of a sessionStorage flag, meaning it triggers immediately on first visits or in incognito/private browsing windows, with no server-side origin/scheme whitelist or internal path enforcement defenses in place. This issue has been patched in version 0.8.15. As a workaround, users can ensure that GITHUB_CODESPACES_PORT_FORWARDING_DOMAIN is not set in a production environment. |
