CVSS v3.1 |
FFmpeg before commit 1c10bcc contains a heap buffer overflow in the RIST protocol reader (libavformat/librist.c). librist_read() ignored its size argument and copied the full received payload length into the caller-provided destination buffer, overflowing it when the payload exceeds the destination size. This is reachable via the async:rist:// URL scheme, where the async wrapper supplies a smaller buffer than the received payload. A remote RIST sender can trigger the overflow by sending a packet whose payload exceeds the caller buffer size.
Renovate versions 37.158.0 before 37.199.0 contain a command injection vulnerability in the helmv3 manager's registryAliases handling that allows attackers with commit access to execute arbitrary commands. Attackers can manipulate registryAliases keys with unquoted shell metacharacters to inject commands executed during helm repo add operations, gaining full access to Renovate's execution environment.
A remote unauthorized attacker with network access via port 4307/TCP to the TrueConf server versions 5.3.X to 5.3.9, 5.4.X to 5.4.9, 5.5.X to 5.5.5, and earlier could use a specially crafted script to break out of the isolated environment and execute arbitrary code on the host system.
A vulnerability was found in Comfast CF-N1-S 2.6.0.1. This impacts the function sub_44B50C of the file /cgi-bin/mbox-config?method=SET§ion=ptest_channel of the component Web Management. The manipulation results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used.
Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.23, a network attacker can impersonate a TLS server to a Mongoose client configured with a multi-certificate CA bundle. In src/tls_builtin.c, the mg_tls_init() function stores the bundle in tls->ca_bundle_der while tls->ca_der.len remains zero, and mg_tls_recv_cert() uses tls_bundle_find() to accept a Common Name match without calling mg_tls_verify_cert_signature(). A forged self-signed certificate can therefore satisfy hostname and CertificateVerify checks and enable interception, credential disclosure, traffic modification, and malicious responses. This issue is fixed in version 7.23.
Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to version 7.22, an on-path network attacker with a wildcard certificate for a parent domain can impersonate deeper subdomains to a client using the built-in TLS stack. The mg_tls_verify_cert_san() and mg_tls_verify_cert_cn() functions in src/tls_builtin.c call mg_match(), whose wildcard can cross DNS label boundaries, so a pattern such as *.example.com can match foo.bar.example.com. The resulting hostname verification bypass permits interception and modification of TLS traffic. This issue is fixed in version 7.22.
A vulnerability was detected in TRENDnet TEW-WLC100 1v2.07b01. Affected by this issue is the function FUN_0040da4c of the file /usr/nginx/sbin/nginx of the component HTTP Header Handler. The manipulation of the argument Server results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used.
stigmem-node contains an insecure default configuration vulnerability that allows federation traffic to traverse networks without mTLS protection when non-loopback endpoints are enabled. Operators who explicitly disabled mTLS while binding federation to non-loopback addresses expose federation traffic to cleartext interception and man-in-the-middle attacks.
A vulnerability has been identified in armeria-xds versions prior to 1.41.0, where xDS upstream TLS peer verification may be silently disabled, allowing man-in-the-middle attacks against xDS-managed upstream connections.
LMDeploy deserializes disaggregated-serving peer messages with pickle. The handle_zmq_recv coroutine in lmdeploy/pytorch/disagg/conn/engine_conn.py reads peer-to-peer cache-free requests with recv_pyobj(), which deserializes the received bytes with pickle.loads(), and the isinstance check against DistServeCacheFreeRequest runs only after deserialization has already completed. The peer that supplies those bytes is caller-controlled: p2p_connect passes remote_engine_endpoint_info.zmq_address from the request body to connect() on the ZMQ PULL socket, and the POST /distserve/p2p_initialize and /distserve/p2p_connect endpoints in lmdeploy/serve/openai/api_server.py apply no authentication unless the server is started with api_keys, which defaults to None. A remote attacker can direct an engine to pull from a ZMQ endpoint under their control and execute arbitrary code in the engine process. Deployments that do not enable disaggregated serving are not affected, because the receive loop is only started once the migration backend accepts the connection.
Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.1.137.Fina and 4.2.17.Final, io.netty.handler.ssl.SslClientHelloHandler#decode checks the wrong offset before reading the four-byte TLS handshake header, so a ClientHello whose handshake header spans records can cause an IndexOutOfBoundsException and invoke select(ctx, null). This selects the default SslContext instead of the SNI-specific context. In deployments where per-SNI clientAuth=REQUIRE is the sole mutual TLS gate, the default SslContext uses clientAuth=NONE or clientAuth=OPTIONAL, and no application-layer certificate verification exists, an unauthenticated remote attacker can bypass the protected route's mutual TLS requirement. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.137.Final and 4.2.17.Final.
A security flaw has been discovered in TRENDnet TV-IP751WIC 11.03.03. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /cgi-bin/admin/set_time.cgi of the component alphapd. The manipulation of the argument Currenttime results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks.
Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. From version 8.19.0 until 8.21.0, a double quote in a schema property name is emitted into the generated zod.object({...}) schema without safe encoding. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to be evaluated when the generated zod schema module is imported, resulting in code execution in the developer, CI, test, or application environment. The affected code is packages/zod/src/index.ts and zod object-key generation. This issue is fixed in version 8.21.0.
Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. Prior to 8.21.0, a ${...} expression or backtick in a query parameter default is emitted into a module-level template literal emitted by zod schema generation without safe encoding. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to be evaluated when the generated zod schema module is imported, resulting in code execution in the developer, CI, test, or application environment. The affected code is packages/zod/src/index.ts function formatDefaultValue. This issue is fixed in version 8.21.0.
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the file-tree picker's hover-tooltip generation (app/src/util/pathName.ts, getLeaf()/movePathTo()) used by the 'move/link to' path-selection dialogs, where document metadata fields (bookmark, alias, memo, and an alternate name field) are concatenated into the aria-label HTML attribute without escaping. A document crafted with a double quote in any of these fields breaks out of the attribute context and injects arbitrary HTML attributes including inline event handlers (e.g., onmouseover). Because every SiYuan Electron BrowserWindow runs with nodeIntegration:true, contextIsolation:false, and no CSP, the injected handler gains require('child_process') access, escalating the XSS to arbitrary OS command execution when a victim merely hovers over the malicious document entry in the path-picker dialog. Malicious documents reach victims via sharing, sync, or import.
stigmem-node 0.9.0a1 accepts federation peer key material during peer registration without a separate administrator out-of-band fingerprint approval step. On nodes that accept federation peer registration over a network where initial registration can be intercepted or misdirected, an attacker can register a malicious peer and gain access to or tamper with federation traffic. Fixed in 0.9.0a2, which introduces a pending approval flow requiring administrator fingerprint verification before peer tokens are accepted.
MyBooks is an enhanced and easy-to-use personal ebook management web server also known as Talebook. In 3.41.2 and earlier, the AdminSettings.post handler in webserver/handlers/admin.py accepts SOCIAL_AUTH key names without validating quotes or newline characters, and SettingsLoader.dumpfile in webserver/loader.py concatenates those names into the generated Python source file auto.py without escaping them. An administrator can submit a crafted SOCIAL_AUTH key name that closes the settings dictionary and injects arbitrary Python statements. The application later executes those statements because SettingsLoader.loadfile imports auto.py as a module, and setting autoreload to true invokes restart_async so a process supervisor restarts the service and triggers the import. Successful exploitation executes commands with the privileges of the application service account and can disclose data, modify files, establish persistence, or disrupt the service. Related authorization and registration vulnerabilities can reduce the effective privilege requirement in a chained attack, but the standalone vulnerability requires administrator access. This issue is fixed in version 3.42.0.
| An insecure deserialization vulnerability in vsDesk allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized administrative access. By manipulating application configuration data, an attacker can force the system to authenticate against an arbitrary LDAP server and provision a new administrative account.
Apply patch from vendor https://vsdesk.ru/ . Versions 14.0402 and on have the patch. |
An unauthenticated remote attacker in possession of a valid session identifier is able to continue using the session after it should have expired. This increases the risk associated with stolen, leaked, shared, or unattended sessions and may enable unauthorized continued access to the FDS web interface.
Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. Prior to 8.21.0, an unescaped backtick in servers[0].url is emitted into request URL template literals generated when output.baseUrl.getBaseUrlFromSpecification is enabled without safe encoding. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to be evaluated when a generated request or URL-builder function is called, resulting in code execution in the developer, CI, test, or application environment. The affected code is packages/core/src/getters/route.ts function getFullRoute. This issue is fixed in version 8.21.0.
