| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in ZenHive mpp allows an unauthenticated remote client to drain the fee-payer wallet through concurrent sponsored payments, denying service to legitimate payers once it is empty.
MPP.Methods.Tempo.FeePayerPolicy enforces its ceilings (max_gas, max_fee_per_gas, max_priority_fee_per_gas, the worst-case gas_limit * max_fee_per_gas <= max_total_fee budget cap, and a validity window) against one transaction at a time, and nothing accounts for exposure across concurrent requests. reserve_hash_atomic/2 is keyed on the transaction hash, so it prevents duplicate broadcast of the same signed transaction but not N distinct sponsored transactions carrying distinct expiring nonces. Committed sponsor exposure is therefore N times max_total_fee, bounded by nothing in the library, and the default 900 second validity window lets co-signed transactions stay broadcastable and uncounted for that entire period.

| A denial-of-service and resource exhaustion vulnerability exists within the `GDBus` component of GLib. The `gdbusauth` authentication mechanism fails to enforce proper length limitations on data lines read from a client. An unauthenticated local or remote attacker can exploit this lack of input validation by sending excessively long streams of data, causing the application to consume massive amounts of system memory and CPU, potentially leading to a crash or system hang. |

| Traefik is an HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. In versions >= v2.8.2 through <= v2.11.55 and >= v3.0.0 through <= v3.7.11, the entryPoints.<name>.transport.respondingTimeouts settings — notably readTimeout, which is enabled by default at 60s — are not applied to the HTTP/3 request path. readTimeout is enforced as a deadline on the underlying TCP connection, which cannot be applied to a QUIC stream, and Traefik's HTTP/3 server is constructed without any timeout. As a result, on entry points with HTTP/3 enabled, an unauthenticated remote client that trickles request body bytes can hold a request open indefinitely and, with it, one upstream connection per request, exhausting bounded backend connection pools and causing denial of service. The issue was introduced in v2.8.2 when a quic-go API change removed the embedded http.Server that carried these timeouts. Fixed in v2.11.56 and v3.7.12. |
| PocketMine-MP versions before 5.42.1 contain a denial of service vulnerability in the LoginPacket handler that allows remote attackers to flood warning messages by injecting numerous junk properties into the clientData JWT. Attackers can craft malicious login packets with excessive unknown properties to waste server CPU time and degrade performance. |
| A flaw was found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-good package. The rtph264depay and rtph265depay RTP depayloader elements do not enforce a maximum size limit on the reassembly buffer used during fragmented RTP packet processing. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can send a continuous stream of RTP fragments without ever transmitting an end-of-fragment marker, causing the reassembly buffer to grow without bound until process memory is exhausted. This results in a denial of service through process termination. |
| LibreNMS before 26.8.0 contains an argument injection vulnerability in the graph_title parameter that allows authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary rrdtool arguments by breaking out of double-quote escaping. Attackers can inject DEF and LINE arguments to read RRD files from unauthorized devices, or use newline injection to execute arbitrary rrdtool commands, bypassing per-device authorization checks. |

| PocketMine-MP before 4.18.0-ALPHA2 fails to rate-limit mismatch type InventoryTransactionPacket requests, allowing attackers to trigger excessive inventory synchronization. Attackers can send numerous mismatch transactions to force the server to transmit large amounts of serialized inventory data, consuming significant bandwidth without authentication. |
| BIND servers that are configured to use TKEY-based authentication via GSS-API tokens are vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when receiving and processing maliciously-constructed packets. Typically these servers will be found in Active Directory integrated DNS deployments and/or Kerberos-secured DNS environments.

| If a BIND resolver is performing DNSSEC validation and encounters a maliciously crafted zone, the resolver may consume excessive CPU. Authoritative-only servers are generally unaffected, although there are circumstances where authoritative servers may make recursive queries (see: https://kb.isc.org/docs/why-does-my-authoritative-server-make-recursive-queries).

| Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.0 until 0.11.1, the unauthenticated POST /oauth/backchannel-logout handler in backend/open_webui/utils/oauth.py fetched the OIDC discovery document and signing keys before validating a submitted logout token. Each request repeated uncached network fetches, and the signing-key lookup blocked the async event loop, so requests carrying invalid tokens could stall the single-worker instance and amplify traffic to the identity provider when ENABLE_OAUTH_BACKCHANNEL_LOGOUT was enabled. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1. |
| Previously, a channel registered in the mux's chanList is not usable until it is established. A malicious peer was able flood the channel's incomingRequests, deadlocking the entire connection. Now, we add an atomic established state, set when a channel becomes usable. Until such a time, handlePacket drops every packet other than the open confirmation/failure, without blocking and without tearing down the connection. |

| n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.37.7 and 2.38.2, the OAuth Dynamic Client Registration endpoint bounded redirect_uris but accepted arbitrarily large client_name and grant_types values. An unauthenticated remote caller could repeatedly persist oversized values in oauth_clients and exhaust database storage. The affected validation is in packages/cli/src/modules/oauth-server/oauth-server.service.ts, including MAX_CLIENT_NAME_LENGTH and MAX_GRANT_TYPES. This issue is fixed in versions 2.37.7 and 2.38.2. |
